Meet Kiran

I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, with a background that bridges both acute healthcare and community mental health. Early in my career, I worked on the front lines of healthcare as part of an emergency response team, supporting people through life-threatening respiratory and medical events. These experiences deepened my understanding of the mind–body connection and how profoundly moments of crisis impact the nervous system.

My own inner work — especially through the lens of parenting — has taught me just how much courage it takes to face our past, soften old patterns, and grow into the people our loved ones, and our own selves, need. These experiences continue to shape my approach to supporting others in their own healing and growth.

I believe that even in our darkest moments, each of us carries an inner light. When we remember that our light is still there — waiting to be seen, honoured, and shared — the darkness feels a little less overwhelming. It is truly a privilege to walk alongside people as they reconnect with that light and find their way forward.
